1-on-1 Coaching sessions covering your workouts and then lifestyle habits. Your workouts and technique will be evaluated and improved, as well as intensity, motivation...and whatever else is needed.
1. Tell Me About Yourself And Your Goals.
After signing up, I’ll have you complete a short consultation form. I’ll ask you about your goals, lifestyle, workout experience, how much time you have to exercise, dietary preferences, etc. I will use this information to construct a comprehensive Workout and Nutrition plan designed just for you.
2. Get 1-on-1 Workout & Nutrition Coaching.
Once I have your information I’ll take it and design your plan in the next 3-5 days. I will then send you your custom workout and nutrition plan, delivered in digital download and email formats. Connect with me through email, Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, text and social media to schedule your Video Coaching Sessions – No more guesswork about which exercises to do or what kind of diet you should follow. Just stick to your plan and get results.
3. Stay On Track With Ongoing Motivation & Support.
I will check in with you regularly and make adjustments to your Workout and Nutrition plan to keep you on track to reaching your goals. We’ll review your Progress Tracking and Stat Building forms weekly through the Video Coaching Sessions. Plus, you can reach out to me anytime – 24/7! So whenever you have a question or need support, I will be there to point you in the right direction.
